So, what should we start eating ? Actually we must eat good FAT. What is good FAT ? Good fat is REAL BUTTER, WHOLE EGGS, COCOUNT OIL, AVOCADOS, RAW NUTS, RICE, SPELT, MILLET, QUINOA, SWEET POTATOES , ALL FRIUT AND VEGETABLE & ETC.
Avoid these processed foods and chemicals because normally it contains lot of suger and many harmful chemicals. Example: Artificial sweeteners, Hight fructose corn syrup, Hydrogenated oil, Processed soy products and etc.
When you eat the correct food you will found that during you enjoy your food you still loose your body weight.
