If you follow that 3 days eating programe, I'm sure that you will loss at least 3 kgs. It really happen at me, after that continue that program for 1 week (7 days). Total weight loss for that 1st week is 5 kg.
Maybe you can try it .
For the 4th day you can add in oyster, clam, la-la, shrimp, lobster and crabmeat, cheddar & cottage cheese and butter (not margarine).
5th day - Beef, Pork, Lamb, Bacon and sausage.
6th day - Tuna, Salmon, Sardine and All kind of FRESH Fish.
7th dat - Chicken Turkay, Duck Quail and Goose.
