Loss 3 KG for 3 days

Today I would like to share with you how to LOSS 3 KG or more just in 3 DAYS time. Is it sound inpossible ? I try it any it really work for me. Only 3 days I loss 3 KG. It essy to follow.
1. No Sugar
2. No Sauces (Chilli, Oyster, Tomato)
3. No Carbohydrate ( Rice, Noodles, Bread, Flour)
4. No Vegetables & Fruits

OH ! No , look like no need to eat.

Here is the food that you can eat and should enjoy for this 3 days.

1. EGGS - fried, scrambled, soft/hard boiled or fried with onoins and prawns
2. Tofu
3. Fresh full cream milk / fresh soya without sugar
4. coffee / Tea without sugar and
5. 3 liters of water
