Loss Weight Manu

This is how I apply all these food into my daily meal. Normally I will start my diet manu on monday. It is more easy to arrange.

1st week

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Breakfast - 2pcs hard boiled eggs & 1cup of coffee / tea (no sugar added)

Lunch - steam tofu with some prawns and fried onions with 1 cup of coffee / tea

Dinner - fried egg with onions and prawns

Actually you can eat untill you fill full.

Thursday

Breakfast - 2pcs hard boiled eggs & 1cup of coffee / tea (no sugar added)

Lunch - fried egg with all kind of sea food you like + coffee or tea

Dinner - grill fish

Friday

Breakfast - 2pcs soft/hard boiled or scrambled eggs & 1cup of coffee / tea (no sugar added)

Lunch - grill or baked beef / lamb/ bacon / ham or sausage with a cup of coffee or tea

Dinner - grill, baked roosted or steam all kind of sea food you like.

Saturday

Breakfast - 2pcs soft/hard boiled or scrambled eggs & 1cup of coffee / tea (no sugar added)


Lunch - 2pcs of fried chicken (without skin) + coffee or tea


Dinner - cheese baked lobster or others sea food

Sunday

Breakfast - 2pcs soft/hard boiled or scrambled eggs & 1cup of coffee / tea (no sugar added)

Lunch - grill salmon fish & a cup of coffee or tea

Dinner - roosted chicken
